How to use GraphTracer:

Step 1: Load an image
An image can be loaded from a URL or from an uploaded image. Click Open File and choose either an image file or URL to load. Any file that can be viewed directly within a web browser can be used. This includes jpg, gif, png, and bmp.

Step 2: Define the crop values
Since only a section of most graphs define the actual data, we need to define a crop section to identify where the (0,0) and (max-X, max-Y) points lie. This allows us to interpolate the correct relative values based on the offsets defined like this:

Step 3: Trace the Image
Trace the image by clicking and successive points, left to right, where you want a line to be drawn. Each point that you click will result in a line and a new data point being recorded.

Step 4: View the Results
Click Show Output to view the results of your tracing. The data can be imported into Excel. You can also click the Excel link to download the data directly into Excel.
